After a brief hiatus in 2021, FEMWAV is back with a series of interventions and empowerment based events. The new direction, we are told is to "create new pathways, especially for new talent from India" and "educate and collectivize audiences, venues, artists and organizers about women's safety". FEMWAV is putting out new events called DivHersify. A virtual convergence of
dedicated young female musicians and professionals from India. A series
of virtual conferences, starting 6th March, celebrating International
Women's Day 2022. As a non-profit empowerment network for female talent from India, FEMWAV has constantly amplified female voices, music, research and opinions during the last three years, reaching out to new audiences as well contributors. Hence, it's time to intervene and act, while we divhersify!
